Returning an item
We want you to be entirely happy with each and every product that you purchase from us but realise that in some circumstances items may need to be returned to us and replaced or refunded.
I received a damaged or incorrectly manufactured item.
Please inform us using the Contact Us link including your order number, the product that has the problem and a brief explanation of what is wrong. We can then either despatch you a replacement for you or issue you with a refund. We will also provide instructions on how to return the damaged or faulty product back to us.
You will be refunded any postage charge incurred by returning the item to us. We also pay the additional postage to send you a replacement item.
I received an item but realise I do not want it.
Providing that you have not opened the item and that it is in a "new" condition that can be resold, you can return this item to us within 14 days for a full refund. We will also refund the postage that you paid. If you would like to return an item you no longer want them please Contact Us with your order number and details of what you want to return and we can supply you with information on how to return the product.
