Returning an Item

We want you to be entirely happy with every product that you purchase from us, and want you to feel confident and reassured that you can easily return an unsuitable item. For this reason we offer 30 day returns to our customers.

Our returns process is simple, all we request is that the products are sent back in their original packaging and that they are in the same unused condition as when you received them.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

 

If you return something due to it being unsuitable you will need to pay the postage costs to return it to us.

If you return something due to it being faulty we will refund the carriage cost.

We recommend you use a recovered or registered delivery service to cover you against loss.
