Currency All prices not in Sterling (£) are approximate. Although other currencys are displayed the base currency that you will be charged in will be UK£ Sterling. Delivery Charge Please see our Shipping Information page for further details Order Confirmation When an order is placed on our on line ordering system, you will receive an email within a couple of minutes confirming your order. No contract for supply exists between Stitcher and the customer until despatch of goods. Payment Payment of goods is made via our on line ordering service, please click order and follow the instructions on the screen. We accept most credit and debit cards including Mastercard, Visa and Maestro. Alternatively payments can be made by cheque or postal order by completing the electronic order form as usual and selecting the Cheque option. Cheques must be in Pounds Sterling (or GBP), drawn on a British bank and made payable to Stitcher Limited. Please print out the order form, when prompted and return it and the payment to the address shown on our Contact Us page. Privacy Statement We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We will not share your details with any third party. We collect information about you for two reasons, firstly to process your order, secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing material from us in the future. We highlight in all of our emails your right not to receive further correspondence from us and we supply an email address to request that no further correspondence is sent. Cancellation of Orders We want you to be delighted with your goods purchased from Stitcher.Co.Uk - our "no quibbles" returns policy makes this easy. If for whatever reason you wish to return your order to us in its unopened and original condition within seven (7) days of receipt we will refund the purchase price. If the item is returned because it is faulty or we have made an error in our processing of your order we will in addition refund the cost of the postage back to us. Please Contact Us to request a Returns Authorisation before shipping the product back. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please ensure that all goods returned are sent via recorded delivery for your protection. Ownership of Goods All goods remain the property of Stitcher Limited until paid for in full. Complaints In the unlikely event of a complaint please contact our customer services department (refer to contact page). All complaints will be handled by Customer Services who will respond within 5 days of receipt. We will handle complaints fairly and in confidence.
