Self adhesive mount board from PeakDale products, with strong acid-free adhesive on one side of the board, plain white on the other. Board thickness is 1.5 mm. Suitable for mounting photographs, artwork, prints and needlework projects.

the board is nice and stiff, and the sticky surface is really adherent, but you can still peel off your needlework if you misplace it. and doesn't ruin your fabric.

Questions and Answers

Q: I have never used adhesive mounts before. May sound like a silly question but do you mount the sewing on the sticky side, or the other side and fold the excess fabric over onto the adhesive to hold it in place?

To keep everything straight and secure the stitching is mounted on the adhesive side. You can either cut any excess overhanging the board, or fold over and tape down on the non-adhesive back of the board.
