Postage and Shipping Information

UK Orders - during checkout you can choose between Royal Mail or Evri to deliver your order. Please review the delivery times for each courier service at the bottom of this document.

International Orders - currently all orders are sent using Royal Mail International Standard. We are currently in the process of setting up Evri for these shipments, which we expect will improve delivery times and reliability.

Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm

Royal Mail offers a guaranteed next-day delivery service for UK customers, ensuring your order arrives by 1pm on the next working day.

Important Information:

Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed between Friday at 2pm and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning and delivered on Tuesday.
To qualify for next-day dispatch, please ensure your items are in stock when ordering. The dispatch date for each product is displayed on the product page, in your basket, and in your order confirmation email.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so via your account—provided it hasn't yet been picked from our warehouse.

Delivery Considerations: We cannot guarantee timely delivery if your parcel does not fit through your letterbox and the postperson is unable to reach you. Please check your track and trace link and ensure someone is available to receive your order.

For a small number products we reserve the right to make an additional charge. This will be stated in the item's description.
