DMC 14 Count Aida Metre 712 Fabric

I ordered my Aida by the metre and didn’t use it for 2 weeks and there was a fault in it. I contacted Stitcher and my email was acted on immediately. I didn’t want the whole piece replacing just the bit with the fault but Stitcher replaced the lot. I cannot fault their customer service, it is beyond excellent. The replacement came almost by return post, everything Stitcher deliver is well packed and a quick delivery. Thank you Stitcher.

A piece of Aida was ruined so I needed to get another in a hurry. Stitcher came to the rescue at a very good price and speedy delivery.
