Large hoop

VERIFIED PURCHASER

I bought this for a New Cross stitch kit I have just purchased from stitcher. It is a larger kit hence the larger hoop. Not started it yet, so it might be a bit too large for the project but I have a 10” hoop too that will work if this one doesn’t. It feels very sturdy. Fabric definitely won’t move once in hoop as the screw fastening is really rigid.

Please can you tell me the INNER diameter of this hoop? I need a hoop to frame a circular embroidery which is 29cm/11.4" diameter. It seems some 12" hoops are measured by their inner diameter, and some by their outer diameter.

This hoop measures 12 inches across the inner space, and 12.4 inches across the outer edges.
