does the product come with the pillow itself or just a stitchable case?is it possible to stitch on both sides of the pillow or only on one side of it?does the product come with the threads or not?

This item comes with the fabric and threads to make the cushion front design as shown. There is enough fabric to make a plain back. A cushion pad or filling must be purchased seperately.
