DMC Light Effects - Precious Metals - Silver - E168 (5283) Thread

Still a work in progress, however I purchased the cross stitch from another company and misread the instructions, therefore using 2 skeins of this thread instead of one.
On realising I was going to run out, I searched online and found the exact shade at Stitcher.
It was delivered promptly with regular updates about delivery and I can now continue what will be a wedding momento for my son and future daughter-in-law.

Needed these for a project and have now fallen in love with the light effects after seeing what they look like and how they can completely change a project :)

I bought this for some Halloween projects. The quality is good. The amount of glow depends upon how much light the thread has been exposed to beforehand. The almost ethereal glow is perfect for my Halloween projects.

Sometimes it is difficult to get the right colour choice on the monitor, but Stitcher seems to manage it and I am always pleased with what I buy. They are a trustworthy firm and do their utmost to give satisfaction. Besides this colour I ordered some more and all exactly what I wanted.

Lovely silver effect for embroidery. Used it before for sewing and very pleased with the result.

I only use DMC thread in my art, and I make braided jewellery so I go through thread at a fair pace! The precious metals range is beautiful, easy to work with and looks beautiful in the finished piece. Better yet, I only buy from Stitcher as they always have everything I need in stock, package everything I order safely an dispatch it the day after I order, without fail.

I was making a book marker tassel and thought your silver thread above would be perfect, and it was. I only required enough for one tassel plus you did not charge p & p, which always is an influence on my choice when buying on line.
