Product Description

RIOLIS wool/acrylic embroidery thread has been used in their kits where great coverage and depth of colour bring a design to life - and now crafters can use these great threads in their own designs. RIOLIS threads are super soft to the touch, the wool/acrylic blend makes them less allergenic than pure wool threads and they are colourfast.

Each packet contains ten skeins, each 20m in length. This is a non divisible thread, and should be used with 2 or 3 lengths to cross stitch on 10 - 14 count aida fabric. Can be used as sold in crewel embroidery. Similar in colour to DMC Cotton number 444

Acrylic wool blend fine thread Riolis.

I have been doing a more work with this thread by sampling it, and I am impressed. Colour is beautiful, this is great for stems of plants or flowers with fine hairs but also brilliant for crewel work. I will definitely be getting the rest of the green colours. I highly recommend this product.

I'm not so keen on this thread, that being said this is my preference and everyone's taste in threads are different. The colour is beautiful arrived in pristine condition and very well packaged. Who knows I may change my thoughts on this in time to come.

People at Stitcher where very helpful. I was doing a Riolis kit and run out of threads due to it fraying. I normally use DMC threads. I email Riolis to get the numbers to order some but had no reply. But at Stitcher they got the thread numbers for me and I ordered them from them . Have nothing but praise for the people at Stitcher they went out of their way to help me. That's excellent customer service. The stars are for Stitcher .
